Hello and welcome!
Knowing where to start or who to turn to can be hardest part of finding your potential hair replacement solution.

I understand that everyone’s wants, needs and budgets are different. Having someone to talk to who understands all the issues that hair loss can bring is so important when guiding you step by step through the process from start to finish.

I have over 35 years’ experience working in the hair industry and have worked as a wig specialist for over 17 years I offer my wig and hair piece fitting service from a dedicated room in my home in Baltonsborough Somerset.

I am dedicated with a deep passion to ensure my service is welcoming, understanding, patient, private, professional, and totally unique to everyone. But most of all easy and stress free!

In addition to supplying and fitting wigs I have been fully trained in the specialist art of cutting and styling wigs and hair pieces. This enables me to cut and truly personalise a wig or piece to the individual for a truly personalised styling service.

You will leave me ready to start living life again with newfound confidence, self-esteem, and a big smile!

Consultations

  • Consultation 1-hour £50
  • 1st Time Wig Consultation 1 to 2 hours £70 Includes wigs ordered in specific to requirements to view and try on. No obligation to buy but £20 off RRP if wig is purchased as a result of consultation. Any light basic cutting done at time of wig fitting is free of charge.
  • Video consultation 1 Hour £45 - Help and advice from the comfort of your own home.

Styling

We are all individual and unique, so some clients need a more bespoke approach to their specific needs or requirements. These elements will be discussed during your consultation.

Synthetic fibre wigs are lightweight, easy to manage and the colour choices and availability are just stunning. There are now lots of synthetic options that you can use heat on so you can change up your style to suit your mood and occasion. Human hair replacements are a consideration but due to prices almost doubling in recent times means financially it is not an option for a lot of people.

Getting the right help, advice and support is so important. Julie will work with you at your pace and within your budget and no obligation to buy. You do not need to spend thousands of pounds to find an option right for you.

Julie has a range of accessories and aftercare products that are available to purchase during your appointment. Masking solutions can be a great temporary cosmetic solution to patchy or thinning hair loss making it appear thicker, fuller, and normal.

Julie will wash and style the donated wigs so patients who are in desperate need can have one free of charge quickly. Trichology is the science of the structure, function, and diseases of human hair. As Julie is a qualified Trichologist, she understands all the different types of hair loss and scalp conditions meaning she can give appropriate help and advice unique to each client.

Whatever the cause of hair loss or scalp disorders, it can be an extremely emotional, isolating, and distressing experience. Julie can offer private one-to-one emotional support, help and advice on all options available.
